Contrairement aux wiki habituels, celui-ci n'a pas pour objectif de fournir une somme encyclopédique de connaissances ou des affirmations indiscutables mais bien une série de fiches concises offrant des exemples de démarches permettant d'appréhender un symptôme, un signe ou une pathologie. A chacun ensuite de les critiquer en les confrontant à ses propres connaissances, recherches et pratiques pour se bâtir son propre mode de raisonnement clinique. Ce site n'a donc qu'un objectif exclusivement éducatif et n'a pas d'autre ambition que d'être un outil parmi d'autres.</p>
